Born to lead?

The ASEAN Graduate Programme

Turning challenges into opportunities…

Want to help shape our business?

Then you’ll have to push yourself! We believe that providing challenging and exciting roles will give you the opportunity to break new ground. This programme which is available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines is not meant to be easy: an easy ride is not how leaders are made. You’ll be challenged but you’ll be inspired too. It’s a life experience you’ll never forget. You’ll have to adapt, stay on top and believe in yourself. But do that and you’ll be ready to lead at Linde. And of course, we’re behind you every step of the way.

What lies ahead for you?

Over the space of two years, which includes a minimum of six-month overseas assignment within ASEAN, you will build a solid foundation of how our business works and get an opportunity to collaborate with a highly talented and diverse workforce on various topics such as plant commissioning, project execution and special development projects.

Getting the most out of the experience

  • Challenge yourself: push your own boundaries as you face demanding business assignments
  • See the world: get to know new cultures, traditions and practices by working abroad
  • Hone your skills: mentoring and individually tailored training will bring out your best
  • Make connections: connect with other graduates and employees to establish a network for the future
  • Taste the future: the first 24 months is just the beginning – a leading career awaits you afterwards

  • Open only to Citizens and Work Permit Holders of the Country you are applying for (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines).

The application period for the next programme opens in January 2018 and closes on 28 February. The ASEAN graduate programme will officially kick-off in July 2018.

Your path to selection

Once the application period closes, our work begins! We devote our time and attention to picking the best candidates. Here’s how we do it:

Step 3: Video interview
An interview via videoconference gives you the chance to ask questions and learn more about us.

Step 4: Meeting face to face
This time we interview in person to get to know each other better.
