Your way to Linde

We want to help guide you through our recruitment process to give you the best chance of success. Here you will find out everything you need to know including some useful tips from our recruiters themselves!

The process

1. Search for a job

What you do: Browse jobs and search for roles that would interest you.

What we do: Advertise roles and specify the type of match we’re looking for.

2. Submit your application

What you do: Prepare your application documents. You’ll need to send us your CV; motivation letter and any other specified relevant documents.

What we do: Confirm receipt of your application via email and get to work checking whether your profile matches our vacancy. If so, you’ll be invited for a first interview.

3. Come to first interview

What you do: Prepare yourself and come to an interview (sometimes via phone/video). The interview panel will include at least a department representative and an HR colleague.

What we do: Yes, we ask you questions but we also encourage dialogue! This is also your chance to get to know us – take it!

4. Come to a follow up interview(s)

What you do: Prepare yourself again! This time, you‘re more likely to have to demonstrate your skills (e.g. excel test) and meet potential colleagues.

What we do: Get to know you better, understand your skills, strengths, what motivates you and what you are passionate about.

5. Hear our decision

What you do: Relax and wait!

What we do: Carefully consider your fit for the role and let you know our decision ASAP. If successful, you’ll receive an offer letter.
