What lies ahead for you?

Throughout the 12-month CATALYST programme you will take on real responsibilities that will challenge and push your abilities; you will grow and develop professionally through structured skills training; and you will build your professional networks by connecting with other bright minds. Rotations across different departments and locations will ensure that you see the big picture. Of course, experienced guides will be on hand to support you throughout your journey.

Who we’re looking for

  • For our Operations roles, we are looking for Engineering graduates.
  • For our Sales roles, we are looking for Engineering graduates who also have an MBA.
  • We need graduates who are motivated, self-driven and keen to get involved in projects and activities.
  • The ability to work well in a team is important, as are strong communication skills.
  • We value open minds and a willingness to work across functions and locations.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.

Your path to selection

We recruit for the CATALYST programme via campus recruiters at different Indian universities. The 2017 intake has already been chosen and the programme will start in June. The next programme will begin in 2018.

The application procedure thereafter involves aptitude tests, a group discussion and a Senior Management interview.
